CMS TRAINING CENTRE WAS HONOURED TO HAVE A VISIT FROM THE MINISTER OF LABOUR MRS S. CHARALAMBOUS.
CMS Training Centre the only Logic Certification Approved LPG (ACS) Gas Centre outside of the UK.

UKAS AND LOGIC CERTIFICATION JOINT AUDIT IN CYPRUS OCTOBER 2009.
After one year of the ACS LPG Gas approved Centre being in operation on Friday 9th October an audit was carried out by Mr Richard Whitehead of UKAS and Mr Bob Fisk of Logic Certification.
Also in the photo are Mr Mike Orves and Mr Chris Cooke of Combined Heating Services Ltd, along with Christina Aradipiotis CMS Training Centre Managing Director. The audit was a big success with minor observations CMS Training Centre was approved to run further ACS and ACOP LPG Gas courses.
The auditors were so impressed with the whole set up and commented that the centre was equal too if not better than some training establishments in the UK.
Recently a team of Inspectors of Labour were trained to inspect Gas Installations in accordance to the new ACOP Regulations released on the 31st December 2010.

For this reason, the CMS Training Centre's though it�s training courses, seminars and workshops, aims to assist in bringing individuals and companies up to current legislation in many areas including Environmental and Health and Safety issues. Furthermore, the specialised areas covered in ths CMS Training Centre's courses are always designed to arm individuals and companies with tools and practices necessary to successfully face today�s industrial problems and the challenging future.
The CMS Training Centre's this year has expanded to a much larger training Centre and can offer training in three large conference rooms at the same time, and associated support training aids to enable clients to run their courses in a more professional manner. They are able to give both tutors and delegates a better personalised service in a quiet and pleasant environment with very little disturbance from outsiders.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
A second specialist area of CMS Training Centre is the assistance provided to companies for the implementation of Quality Management Systems conforming to the International Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001. The prime aim of CMS is to assist customers to implement a quality system tailored to their individual needs with the aim of obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Presently CMS deals with customers mostly from the contracting industry (building, electrical, mechanical), but are expanding to other fields, with the help of several associates. Recently CMS and its associates can now assist companies to achieve certification in OHSAS 18001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 27001 Information Technology Security Techniques.
CERTIFIED POOL AND SPA OPERATOR
Many people are asking, is it law that you have to be trained to maintain a swimming pool, when the real issue is that there is a fine line between law and liability, if you are a person who owns or cleans a swimming pool.

- ARE YOU LIABLE? – YES
You the pool owner / operator are both responsible and liable for any accidents or illness that happen in and around the facility you maintain.
In the New Year we are now working with certified Instructors to bring such training to you here in Cyprus. Where delegates are eligible for HRDA funding then CMS will undertake to assist companies in obtaining the funding for their staff.

Thus continuous improvement can only be achieved through the qualified and experienced personnel and associates of ths CMS Training Centre's. The background of these individuals covers a range of different fields such as Engineering, Business Administration and specialised areas such as Quality Management, Environmental Management, Health and Safety, Internal and External Auditing. The CMS Training Centre's main concern is to become a "Partner in Quality� with their customers and create a long-term relationship through constant liaison and feedback in promoting positive change.
CERTIFICATION
The CMS Training Centre's is ISO 9001 registered with Cyprus Standards Certification and has regular surveillances to ensure that the systems in place are implemented and improved upon.
CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOM FACILITIES
CMS Training Centre is a brand new concept offering all types of business meetings and conference facilities at very competitive rates. It is located in the heart of Limassol close to shops and a stones throw away from the sea. It is designed to help companies run their conferences / and or meetings in an environment which is a dedicated business environment with no interruptions from hotel guests.
KEY PERSONNEL
The Director of the Company Mrs. C Aradipiotis has had over thirty years of experience both in the UK and Cyprus in Recruitment, Administration Systems, Conference organization, Training and Quality Systems (both in implementation and Auditing). She is a Lead Auditor and is a registered auditor with IRCA, an associate member of CQI and an associate member of IOSH. For the last 15 years she has been working very closely with companies who have contracts on the MOD estate and with various MOD Departments and several large private companies who have required training.
Ms Elena Philippou the Secretary has been working with the CMS Training Centre's for the last ten years and handles all the administration and the day-to-day running of the office she has also been trained to work with clients on organizing Seminars, Conferences and is a QMS Internal Auditor.
Recently, CMS has a new member of staff Ms Stefanie Girogalletou who has had a lot of training in Greece on public relations within the travel industry. Therefore with this training she would be a great asset to CMS being able to deal with people at all levels.
Also to CMS staff we now have Mr Andreas Christodoulou and Mr Chris Christodoulou who both train delegates on how to Handle F-Gas in accordance to the new European Regulations.
The CMS Training Centre's is also very fortunate to be able to draw upon advice from its tutors from Cyprus, Greece and the UK. Depending on the client requirements the most suitable associates are commissioned to carry out the required task.
At the same time another valid associate is Mr Costas Schinis who is a chartered Electrical engineer who is the Company�s adviser on electrical installations and sound equipment at Conferences and Seminars.
Recently the CMS Training Centre's has added several more associates Mr Mick Purvis who is the health and safety training provider for work carried out on Masts and Towers and Working on roofs safely.
Mr Russell Prince is our main tutor for Health and Safety courses such as NEBOSH and IOSH.
Mr Chris Cooke, Mr Theo David and Mr Mike Orves are our tutors who teach all the LPG Gas Courses.
Mr Martin Hippsley, Mr Tony Green and Mr Kevin Burbridge, Mr Paul Wheldon, Mr Don McCullough, Mr Peter Marsh, and Mr Paul Crothers are some of our experts on Electrical, Confined Spaces, Safe Handling of refrigerants, Legionella, etc and Mr John Zenios and Mr Christopher Zenios who trains delegates on First Aid issues.
