Canbenefit Management Services Ltd (now trading as CMS Training Centre) is a company
established in Cyprus offering a wide spectrum of Management
Services including specialised training. It has an extensive
network of Technical and Administrative training providers, both
in Cyprus, Greece and the UK. In addition the Company offers ISO 9000
Development and Implementation, Internal and External Auditing
and training courses, Maintenance agreements for maintaining and
improving ISO 9000 Quality Systems.

Is the creation of a culture of excellence within the company
through professional and quality oriented services aiming to the
total Customer satisfaction. CMS Training Centre will continue to adopt to a
great extent the demanding Quality management philosophies and
tailor them to suit the customer’s needs.

TRAINING
In this day of investment in people, companies
consider training of people an important issue of their success.
For this reason, CMS Training Centre though it’s training courses, seminars
and workshops, aims to assist in bringing individuals and
companies up to current legislation in many areas including
Environmental and Health and Safety issues. Furthermore, the
specialised areas covered in CMS Training Centre courses are always designed
to arm individuals and companies with tools and practices
necessary to successfully face today’s industrial problems and
the challenging future.
CMS Training Centre this year has expanded to much larger training Centre and can offer training in three large conference rooms at the same time, and associated support training aids to enable clients to run their courses in a more professional manner. They are able to give both tutors and deligates a better personalised service in quiet and pleasent enviroment with very little disturbance from outsiders.

QUALITY SYSTEMS
A second specialized area of CMS Training Centre is the
assistance provided to companies for the implementation of
Quality Management Systems conforming to the International
Quality Management System Standard ISO 9000. The prime aim of
CMS Training Centre is to assist customers to implement a quality system
tailored to their individual needs with the aim of obtaining ISO
9000 certification. Presently CMS Training Centre deals with customers
mostly from the contracting industry (building, electrical,
mechanical), but are expanding to other fields, with the help of
several associates.
CMS Training Centre BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE
Aims in achieving its mission through a journey of continuous
improvement. Thus continuous improvement can only be achieved
through the qualified and experienced personnel and associates
of CMS Training Centre. The background of these individuals covers a range
of different fields such as Engineering, Business Administration
and specialised areas such as Quality Management, Environmental
Management, Health and Safety, Internal and External Auditing.
CMS Training Centre main concern is to become a "Partner in Quality” with
their customers and create a long-term relationship through
constant liaison and feedback in promoting positive change.
CERTIFICATION
CMS Training Centre is ISO 9001 : 2000
registered with SGS Ltd and has regular surveillances to ensure
that the systems in place are implemented and improved upon.
KEY PERSONNEL
The Director of the Company Mrs C Aradipiotis has had
nearly thirty years of experience both in the UK and Cyprus in
Recruitment, Administration Systems, Conference organisation,
Training and Quality Systems (both in implementation and
Auditing). She is a Lead Auditor and is a registered auditor
with IRCA. For the last 15 years she has been working very
closely with companies who have contracts on the MOD estate and
with various MOD Departments who have required training.
Ms Elena Philippou the Secretary has been working with CMS Training Centre
for the last five years and handles all the administration and
the day-to-day running of the office she has also been trained
to work with clients on organising Seminars, Conferences and is
a QMS Internal Auditor.
CMS Training Centre are also very fortunate to be able to draw upon advice
from its tutors from Cyprus, Greece and the UK. Depending on the
client requirements the most suitable associates are
commissioned to carry out the required task.
At the same time another valid associate is Mr Costas Schinis
who is a chartered Electrical engineer who is the Company’s
adviser on electrical installations and sound equipment at
Conferences and Seminars.
Recently CMS Training Centre has added a further two associates Mr Costas
Philippou who is the health and safety training provider for
work carried out on Masts and Towers and Working on roofs
safely. Both these courses are conducted in Greek. The second
associate is Mr John Zenios who trains delegates on First Aid
issues these courses are run both in Greek and English depending
on the client demand.
In order to enhance our team of experts we have teamed up with
trainers from Greece and we can now offer all types of Health
and Safety courses including IOSH recognized courses. More

CMS Training Centre is also very fortunate to be in a position to draw upon
specialist advises from its tutors, and professionally
conference organizers both in Cyprus and the UK. Depending on
the client requirements the most suitable associates are
commissioned to assist in the task commissioned.
The team within CMS Training Centre is flexible, multi-skilled
